By downloading, installing, or using the Metride mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Metride grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the App solely for personal transit navigation purposes.
Metride provides transit information based on available data, algorithms, and device inputs. Public transit schedules, routes, and station data may change without notice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any route, timing, or station information.
Features such as live journey tracking, nearest station detection, and station alarms rely on device location services, system permissions, and background execution.
Performance may vary due to device limitations, operating system restrictions, network availability, or battery optimization settings. Metride does not guarantee alarm delivery in all conditions.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metride shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed stations, delays, lost time, or inconvenience.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality or services.
The App may rely on third-party services, APIs, or platform features. Metride is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
